Dr. Rottenstein is the eponymous disguise of Robbie Rotten's from the episode Dr. Rottenstein.
With this character, Robbie tries to convince the kids that vegetables are giving them "spotty vegetitis" to discourage them from eating them.
Selection process
In the Dr. Rottenstein episode, Robbie goes through a very rapid version of his usual selection process.
He starts on the right-hand side of the screen walking left as normal, but doesn't pause to comment on each outfit as he normally would until he gets to the Dr. Rottenstein disguise in the far left chamber, proclaiming it to be "perfect!"
