The chicken is one of Robbie Rotten's disguises occasionally seen in one of the disguise machine's chambers, but never actually worn.
It is quite simply a giant chicken costume.

The chicken costume has been seen and rejected in the following episodes:-
- The LazyTown Circus, rejected also for being "too... cuc-cuckoo" in favour of Roberto the Great.
- Double Trouble, rejected without comment in favour of the Mayor Meanswell disguise.
Trivia
- In the Circus episode, when Robbie proclaims the chicken to be "too... cuc-cuckoo", he imitates a chicken by jumping up and down and flapping his arms.
