The Shaking Cup operator is the disguise Robbie Rotten uses in the episode Friends Forever.
With this character, Robbie sets up the Shaking Cup ride in order to distract the kids while he steals Stephanie's ticket and boards Sportacus' airship.
Selection process
In the Friends Forever episode, as with most episodes, Robbie goes through the normal selection process - starting at the right-hand side of the screen and moving left past the disguise machine's chambers.

Outfit Parts
Robbie wore: A purple jumpsuit, a purple helmet, a black vest with white dots, and a backpack containing a parachute.
Trivia
- After proclaiming the Lazycus costume to be "too tiny", Robbie spins around for a few seconds and therefore misses the chance to comment on his normal outfit, similar to how he did with his softball uniform when selecting both the Rotten Kid and Zobby disguises.
