Chef Robert (pronounced "Ro-bair" in a faux-French accent) is one of Robbie Rotten's disguises from the episode Pixel TV.
With this TV chef character, Robbie hijacks Stingy ad Ziggy's cooking show.
Selection process
There is no selection process in the Pixel TV episode.
In that episode, the four featured disguises are all seen in the disguise machine's chambers before being stored in Robbie's trunk.

- The gorilla suit
- Chef Robert
- The Purple Legend
- Rob R. Robley.
