The blue dress and wig comprise one of Robbie Rotten's disguises occasionally seen in one of the disguise machine's chambers, but never actually worn.
It comprises of a blue dress and shawl, with matching handbag, sunglasses, and blue rinse beehive-style wig.
The wig also includes a coordinated blue headband featuring two different shades of blue flowers on the side.
