Sportacus is brushing his teeth and then attempts to throw his toothbrush back into it's slot in the wall but accidentally throws it out of his airship, he yells for his Skychaser which drops from the bottom of the airship, he proceeds to jump off his airship platform onto the falling skychaser, chase down the toothbrush, catch it, and fly back to the airship. Premise

Robbie Rotten tricks the LazyTowners into believing that he has won the town election for Mayor. Stephanie and the kids figure out that he cheated, and Mayor Meanswell becomes a secret agent. With the help of Sportacus, he finds out how Robbie cheated, and regains the office of Mayor.

Plot synopsis

Robbie Rotten is in his lair, talking to himself about how close he was. The puppet swings around on his orange chair. Robbie yells that he's had enough of puppets.
