Premise
Stingy tries to encourage the kids to clean up, while Robbie is making a plan to cover the whole town in garbage.

Stingy, as his name implies, is the stingiest and greediest person in LazyTown. His catchphrase is "It's Mine!", which he says about almost everything, going as far as to having a song, The Mine Song, where he claims that everything is LazyTown belongs to him. Most of the time, this is played for laughs or to the slight exasperation of his friends except in the episode The Great Crystal Caper where, after causing Sportacus to lose his crystal, Stingy finds and keeps it. He eventually gives it back and is deeply sorry and vows to try and do better at returning things that don't belong to him. His most prized possessions are his pink piggy-bank, simply called Piggy, and his yellow toy-car, in which he can often be seen driving, or parked next to the Sports Field. Despite his greedy manner, he is a good friend who generally cares about them, and wouldn't let them down. He enjoys playing especially with his friends, but becomes hurt and angry, when he is excluded, or they don't want to play with him, as seen in My Treehouse when his friends exclude him from their "Friends Forever" club, on the basis that he can't work in a team (Later in the episode this is shown to be true, but he does immensely improve) he ties up the clubhouse with rope (While they are still inside!) and attempts to drag it away, he is stopped by Sportacus, who after asking him why, convinces the kids to let him join. He is very musical, with him shown on the Saxophone, Harmonica, Bass, and Recorder. He is great on roller-blades (Of which he owns many), and is quite good at soccer. He is very clean and hygienic (Owning many toothbrushes, and he even taught Ziggy how to brush his teeth!) As well as teaching the kids how important it is to clean up, and to keep everything tidy (Trash Trouble).
Prologue
His best friend is shown to be Ziggy. At the end of The Great Crystal Caper, Trixie kisses him.
Sportacus searches for Sports Candy. The Airship Computer tells him his last record was 59 seconds, and he decides to beat it with the help of his Skybike and a Boomerang. Now, his record is 51 seconds.

Character Development
Main Episode
Appearance
Sportacus is lifting a bench like a weight, when Stingy appears in his car with a lot of stuff. He says it's not for him; it's for the Mayor. But it's just a pile of garbage. The mayor loses his balance and falls into Stingy's car, sending Stingy flying, and the car rolling away. Sportacus comes to help, saving Stingy. Sportacus then runs and saves the mayor, but Stingy reminds him about his car. Sportacus saves the car too and then helps the mayor with the pile of garbage. Stingy warns the mayor not to land in his car again.
Of all the characters, Stingy's outfits, are the most similar to each other.
In the first play, Stingy's outfit, consists of a yellow suit, a large black bow-tie, and black shoes. When he is next seen again, in Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ, his outfit is almost identical to his current one, except his shirt is short-sleeved, he has short socks, and black Oxford Shoes.
His current outfit is, a long-sleeved button-up shirt, with small pale blue/grey lines, a daffodil yellow waistcoat, knee-length shorts in the same yellow, long white socks, dark brown loafers, a red bow-tie, with a polka-dot pattern, and cuff links. He is the only person in LazyTown besides Sportacus (Whose hair is always hidden) who has brown hair. He wears it short, with some of it being swept over to the other side.

He is of average height, he has a circle-shaped face, with dark brown eyes, and heavy eyelids.
The others kids are at Pixel's house watching TV. They want to change the channel, but they can't find the remote because of the huge mess they have made. Stephanie suggests they clean up a little, but the rest of her friends reject the idea. Ziggy suddenly is desperate because he can't find his lollipop, but Stephanie tells him he can always get a new one. Trixie suggests they go outside because it's too messy inside, and then it's revealed that Ziggy's lollipop is stuck to his cape.

Personality
Meanwhile, Robbie is in his lair, eating taffy. He doesn't like the first one he eats, but then he finds another which he actually likes. Then, it's revealed he has a big pile of candy wrappers next to his chair.

Trivia
Later, the kids go to the playground, just to find a mess like at Pixel's house. Pixel points out they will never find anything in the mess. Stephanie "finds" Ziggy's lollipop, but Pixel still points out the big problem, which is the fact that the mess needs to be cleaned up. Stephanie concludes that if they can't find their toys, then they can't play. Stingy appears, deciding that if they can't find their things, then he can't find his things. Stingy suggests they all clean up once and for all, and Pixel agrees. If they don't clean up this mess, there won't be any more playing in LazyTown. Robbie overhears the conversation from the beginning, and decides to use the garbage in his favor.
*According to LazyTown's Greatest Hits, his favorite song is The Mine Song.
*As of School Scam, Stingy starts using glasses for reading.
*Stingy can play bass, the harmonica, the saxophone and the recorder.
*Although his motto is "Mine!", he has also disclaimed certain things, like a ladder he finds in Sportafake ("Hey, what's this doing here? It's mine. Well, no, but it might be my father's.") and Robbie's Robodog in LazyTown's New Superhero ("That dog is not mine!").

Character List

Stingy tries to convince his friends to clean up the playground, but there is too big of a mess and the work is too boring. They decide to leave, but Stingy follows them to Pixel's room. The kids give Stingy several excuses about not wanting to clean, but Stingy starts to sing "Clean Up" to show the kids how much fun it is to clean. In the middle of the song, they see the mayor, who offers help, but the kids say they can handle it. They suggest he should take the day off and do something he has never done before, like playing video games. The mayor goes with Pixel to play video games, while the kids continue cleaning.

When Stephanie finishes cleaning the garden, Robbie, as the Trash Man, appears to take Stephanie's garbage. Then, he goes to the clubhouse where Trixie is cleaning, to get her garbage too. Then, he goes for Ziggy's garbage. He throws a piece of taffy on the ground and then he goes to Stingy. He has his Recycling Center working, and is separating all the trash. Robbie convinces Stingy that he, as the Trash Man, has to take care of the garbage. He throws another piece of taffy on the ground, but Stingy becomes upset, cleans that up, and tells him not to do that again.

Ziggy finally started his job, but when he gets a trash can to deliver the trash to Stingy, he gets stuck thanks to Robbie's taffy. Meanwhile, Robbie is setting his Trash Blaster in a proper place and the kids appear at Pixel's house to show the mayor the good job they had done. However, when Stingy presents the new clean LazyTown, they see that Robbie has already blasted a lot of garbage all over LazyTown and it's literally raining garbage. LazyTown becomes filled with so much garbage that Ziggy starts to drown in it, which causes Sportacus' crystal to activate.

Just when Sportacus goes down to see what's going on, Robbie's Trash Blaster breaks and starts to go wild. The garbage flood gets worse while Pixel struggles to find Ziggy. Stingy suddenly decides to go outside to help Ziggy, jumping from Pixel's 2nd-story window into the garbage below. Sportacus finally arrives. After avoiding all the garbage and finding the Trash Blaster, he deactivated the machine using his boomerang. Sportacus finds Ziggy, but he's really stuck and it's hard for Sportacus to get him out. Stingy appears from the garbage and throws a tool to Sportacus that helps him clean up the taffy and get Ziggy free.

Meanwhile, Robbie is still running away but he gets into trouble and has to be helped by Sportacus, revealing that he was the Trash Man. They sing Bing Bang while they get everything back to normal.

Epilogue
In his lair, Robbie throws the last piece of taffy he has and gets stuck because of it. Trying to get himself free, he lands on the trash pile that was there at the beginning of the episode.
