Plot Synopsis

Prologue

Sportacus receives a letter from a kid named Tommy, asking what he liked to do when he was ten. Sportacus thinks for a moment before he says that he loved to play dodgeball as a kid. He shouts "dodgeball", and the airship's computer fires one out of the wall at him. He proceeds to flip and jump around the airship dodging the ball as it bounces off the walls. After finally catching it, he says that he still does love it.

Main episode

Stephanie greets her uncle when she sees Ziggy riding past on his bike, prompting her to ask him where his training wheels are when he proudly says that he took them off; after announcing that he can go really fast he says that he hasn't learned how to use his brakes yet. Ziggy ends up barreling towards the ice cream stand when Sportacus, using a grappling hook, pulls it out of the way; he then uses a yo-yo to make Ziggy stop just before he crashes into the Mayor's nicely pruned bush. Ziggy is sad at the fact that he is too little to ride a two-wheeled bike when Sportacus tells him that he learns more when he's little than any other time in his life, prompting Ziggy to say that he'll learn a lot now so that when he's older he'll know everything.

Robbie Rotten, who was watching, wishes that Sportacus were younger so that he wouldn't be able to ruin his plans anymore. He pouts at the fact that doing something like that is impossible but then starts going through a box of seemingly random things before pulling out what looks like the top of an umbrella and starts building something. When finished he gloats over his invention: the Littlizer 3000, designed to de-age anything. He decides to try it out on his cockatoo and ends up turning it into an egg; after tuning it a bit, he heads topside to find Sportacus and use it on him.

Robbie finds Sportacus, who is exercising with a jump rope, and proceeds to hide in a nearby bush so he can secretly use his invention. After moving back and forth several times, Robbie finally activates it and shrinks Sportacus down, physically, to the age of about ten. Little Sportacus, who is mentally perfectly fine, is surprised at the fact that he's little again. He sees Ziggy and asks for his help, Ziggy asks who he is and when Sportacus tells him who he is Ziggy just laughs, but says that if he really were Sportacus, he would know his ultra, top secret nickname that only Sportacus knows. Sportacus quietly says that it is "Mr. Fluffy Bunny Pants" to which Ziggy acts completely shocked; he asks what happened but Sportacus says he doesn't know. Ziggy decides they should keep what happened to Sportacus under wraps from the other kids or else they would freak out and then he goes off to Pixel's house to get Sportacus some different clothes.

After Sportacus changes his clothes, Ziggy tells him to stay at the play park and try to act like a kid and not draw attention to himself as Ziggy tries to find out what happened. While hanging out at the park, Stephanie finds him and asks who he is; after almost saying that his name is Sportacus he quickly calls himself ... Spob. Stephanie is a bit skeptical about his name but asks if he wants to play, and he shyly admits that he's a bit out of practice but they start playing, after Stephanie almost knocks him over by throwing the ball a bit too hard. While playing and singing the song "Time to Play" Stephanie notices that "Spob" is doing some moves that are very familiar and as the two of them play, Robbie sneaks up, steals Sportacus’ old clothes that were sitting on a bench, and runs off. Stephanie quietly tears a blank page out of her diary and remarks that "Spob" reminds her of someone, but he pretends not to know what she’s talking about. Stephanie then sends her blank piece of paper flying and watches "Spob" run, jump, and flip after it, smiling to herself knowing that her suspicions were correct.

Ziggy, seeing the two of them, rides up and accidentally calls Sportacus by his real name before trying to backtrack. Stephanie says that they don’t have to pretend anymore since she knows who he really is and asks what happened. Sportacus repeats himself and says he doesn’t know, and wishes there were someone watching so they could figure it out. Stephanie says she has an idea as they all head to Pixel's house, hoping that he had his camera on so that they can figure out what happened to Sportacus. When they arrive, the others don’t believe that the kid is Sportacus until he does his famous jump. Pixel accesses the film from earlier that day and while looking over it, they see a bush holding an umbrella on a fishing pole turning Sportacus into a kid. Pixel sends his mini hovercraft to follow a trail of leaves left behind. Stephanie follows the trail to its end, a billboard; she dejectedly leans against it and causes a hidden door to open and her to fall back. She discovers more leaves and a tube leading underground. Meanwhile, Robbie has put Sportacus’ outfit into one of his disguise machine's chambers and decides that now is the opportune time to take a nap.

The rest of the gang arrives behind the billboard and Stephanie shows them that she thinks the bush guy went down the tube; Pixel sends his hovercraft down it and explores what’s down there, seeing the trail of leaves and the bush guy sound asleep. Ziggy tries to get a better look and grabs the hovercraft’s control, causing it to fly out of control and get stuck. Sportacus decides to go down there and after calling down some rope from his airship, he descends down the tube, Mission Impossible style, and stops barely a foot from the floor. Pixel, after seeing Sportacus through the hovercraft’s camera, tries to free it and ends up shaking the table and causing the egg resting on it to start rolling off. Sportacus dives to catch it but causes Robbie to wake up. Robbie chases after Sportacus, but he keeps the table between them and stops long enough to kick the hovercraft free. Sportacus distracts Robbie by tossing him the egg and flips up onto the disguise machine platform, prompting Robbie to ask how he learned to do that; Sportacus proudly states that he practiced. Robbie tosses the egg onto his chair and chases after Sportacus again, and falls over the railing. Sportacus, hearing his crystal beeping, activates the disguise machine to get into his clothes again. He attempts to get to the Littlizer 3000 but is stopped by Robbie, who set it to self-destruct in ten seconds. Sportacus says that ten seconds is all he needs then distracts Robbie by tossing the egg at him again and slides under his legs and activates the machine, turning himself back to normal. He then says that he only really needed eight seconds. The machine then proceeds to blow up, launching Robbie out of his home and landing on the Mayor’s bush. Sportacus comes back up, carrying the hovercraft and handing it back to Pixel. Ziggy says that he learned that you’re never too little to learn and that if a bush comes after you with a fishing pole and an umbrella: run!

Epilogue

Robbie's egg hatches and he is shocked when the bird starts calling him 'mama'.
