Prologue
Sportacus writes a letter and sends it off the usual way when he remembers that he forgot something on it. He runs to the door and tells it to open when he slams right it. He turns up the dial to the door once and tries to open it again, when that fails, he turns up the dial once more and the door opens. He attaches himself via a bungee cord to edge of the door to grab the letter and bring it back to the ship where he proceeds to sign his name on the letter, the thing he had originally forgotten, before sending it flying off again.

With Stephanie in his home, Pixel is organizing his files when Sportacus' letter flies through the window; it says that Pixel wanted him to remind himself to remember to do something. Pixel then remembers that he has to make a back up copy of all of his files before he does anything, but unfortunately the computer starts malfunctioning and smoking. After failing to get the computer to respond, he and Stephanie retreat outside, with Sportacus arriving soon after, since his crystal had gone off. Robbie, overhearing the conversation, decides to build a machine to make Sportacus forget who he is and not be able to save anyone. He tricks Sportacus into going through his Memory Zapper 3000 by setting up a series of hurdles, knowing that he wouldn't be able to resist. Robbie has led Sportacus over to the ice cream stand and convinces him that he is LazyTown's ice cream man before leaving him there and going off. When Stephanie and Ziggy walk past Sportacus in the stand, he offers them ice cream which they decline, before they quickly walk back, completely confused at what he is doing. After showing some skill making their ice cream cones, he makes Ziggy a five scoop cone after he pouts slightly at having only one scoop. As Stephanie and Ziggy walk off, Ziggy's cone starts to tip, Sportacus quickly saves it by using another cone to help it balance out.

After Stephanie and Ziggy run off to Pixel's house to tell him what had happened, Sportacus starts doing push ups on a nearby bench, with Robbie popping out from behind it and trying to get Sportacus to stop. After several failed attempts, with Sportacus admitting he doesn't think he can sit still, Robbie storms off but not before repeating that Sportacus is to never save anyone, to which he happily replies that Robbie had already said that before. Once again at Pixel's house, he laments at not being able to get his computer running as Stephanie talks about Sportacus' strange behavior and she, Pixel and Ziggy notice that Sportacus is still in the ice cream stand. Pixel remarks that something isn't right as all three of them go out to see what is going on.

Back at the stand, Sportacus offers them another ice cream cone, to which Ziggy reacts enthusiastically. Stephanie slightly scolds Ziggy before telling Sportacus that he has to stop with the ice cream, to which he asks why. Stephanie responds with the fact that he's a superhero, with Ziggy adding that he saves people usually eight times a day; Sportacus then confesses that he doesn't remember anything. The kids decide to try and jog his memory by playing a few games, while singing "Have You Never". At the end of the song, Sportacus says he almost remembered but then he still doesn't remember anything. Stephanie then wonders if some pictures would help him remember, Pixel thinks it's a great idea when he remembers that all of his computer memory is fried, just like Sportacus' is. Stephanie convinces Pixel to get his computer up and running to help Sportacus.

The kids run off and leave Sportacus to comment to himself that they are a nice group of kids for trying to help him. Robbie then pops up and tries to trick Sportacus into thinking that the kids were fooling him and were actually making fun of him. After saying that the kids call him 'Mr. Flippity, Flippity, Flippity, Flippity, Flippity, Flippity, Flip' as well as 'the Blue Elf', Robbie convinces Sportacus to go back to his airship. After two attempts to get the ladder down, the first attempt dumping lettuce onto Robbie while the second dumped letters on him, Robbie hands Sportacus a small box and tells him to do what he does best. In the airship, it is revealed that the box had some knitting needles and a ball each of blue and white yarn. Sportacus looks at the objects bewildered before shrugging slightly and starting.

At Pixel's house, he gets his computer up and running again and transfers some videos of Sportacus to his laptop to show to him. Robbie, meanwhile, is planning on popping Sportacus' airship so that it will fly off and that he will never be able to come back, when the kids show up looking for Sportacus show him the videos to get him to remember. Robbie quickly devises a trap, with a lollipop attached to it so that Ziggy will trigger it. Ziggy, seeing the free lollipop, grabs it and triggers a metal cage to drop over the three of them. Robbie then sets up a cannon to launch himself, wearing a helmet with a spike attached to it, so that he can puncture Sportacus' airship; meanwhile, Sportacus has just completed an absurdly long scarf that has to be at least the length of the airship itself. As Robbie launches himself at the airship, losing a shoe in the process, Sportacus' crystal goes off and causes him to remember who he really is and what he does.

Robbie then hits the airship before plummeting to the ground, his decent slowed down by an umbrella. Sportacus, seeing Robbie, grabs one end of his long scarf and jumps out of the ship. As he lands on the ground, the kids are overjoyed at Sportacus coming back, when he asks them who they're talking about. They lament, thinking he still hasn't got his memory back, when he gives them a small wink, showing he was only joking. He quickly shushes them so Robbie doesn't discover that he is back to being himself. Robbie, having landed in a tree, quickly asks Sportacus for help when he says that Robbie had told him that he should never, never, never save anyone. Robbie quickly tries to say that he didn't include himself in that, when the branch he is on starts breaking. Sportacus quickly yanks down his scarf to create a makeshift crash mat to cushion Robbie's fall, he then comments that Robbie should wear a helmet all the time; he also adds that though he has his memory back they can still be friends, to which Robbie replies with disgust when he notices that his shoe is missing and goes off looking for it. Sportacus frees the kids and they're all glad that his has his memory back and he comments that he remembers what he really likes to do best, to which Ziggy responds: "Serve ice cream?". Sportacus says no before doing a flip in the air. During the "Bing Bang" song, Ziggy and Pixel play around with Sportacus' scarf while Robbie continues to look for his shoe.
