Premise

The kids are growing vegetable gardens, and Robbie disguises himself as the “quack” Dr. Rottenstein, sprinkling the vegetables and the kids with “spots” and declaring the town under quarantine from Spotty Vegetitus! Worse, anything healthy is banned, most especially, Sportacus. It is up to Ziggy to eat his vegetables and help Sportacus save the day!

Trixie doesn’t appear in this episode but she’s mentioned by Ziggy. Bessie BusyBody also doesn't appear but she gets mentioned by Stephanie.
