Premise

The kids are growing vegetable gardens, and Robbie disguises himself as the “quack” Dr. Rottenstein, sprinkling the vegetables and the kids with “spots” and declaring the town under quarantine from Spotty Vegetitus! Worse, anything healthy is banned, most especially, Sportacus. It is up to Ziggy to eat his vegetables and help Sportacus save the day!

Plot synopsis

Ziggy comes to the vegetable gardens, eating a lollipop. Stephanie asks for help moving the box. Ziggy volunteers to help, as Ziggy wants to show off his skills. However, he is unable to move the box. The second time, to everyone's surprise, the box is raised by him with greater ease. However, it soon turns out that this is due to Sportacus standing on the other hand. The children welcome the hero.

Ziggy is clearly sad about the failure from a moment ago. He asks Sportacus about the source of energy. The one in response pulls out the carrots and gives them to Ziggy, and he eats the other one from Stephanie and makes a jump with the spins. Everyone encourages him to do the same. However, once the carrot is bitten, the Sportacus crystal informs him of the threat, and he must go there.

Ziggy wants to eat carrots again, but when he does this time, he is bothered by Robbie, who is lurking behind the wall. He stops the boy from biting the vegetable and asks him about Sportacus. Ziggy reveals he told them about vegetables as a source of energy. Robbie disgustedly takes one of the carrots from the box and takes her with him to the hideout, while the others observe the situation with quite a clear surprise.

Already in the hideout, Robbie's testing the carrots. He is concerned about the future that is about to happen when children are still eating vegetables. He concludes that it is like a disease, which in turn gives him an idea. He decides to come up with a disease that will deter people from eating vegetables. He goes to the machine with disguises, and from the available ones, he chooses the last – the doctor's costume. During this time, Sportacus rescues the cat from the tree, and the children during the song take care of the gardens and collect vegetables.

Robbie reaches the gardens and scatters colourful discs in each of them. On his lollipops, Ziggy notices a few of them and panics. On it also there are these mysterious "pustules". Stephanie checks his health; then Robbie appears in Dr Rottenstien's disguise. He's doing the job of looking like a test. Based on them, he makes a diagnosis that he is very bad with the boy. He invites him to vegetables, at the same time sprinkling them with the same colored discs as before. Such a characterised carrot shows children, stating "pimple-growther".

Robbie sprinkles everything within reach: the Pixel device or Stephanie's hair. He states that the only way to overcome the disease is to give up vegetables. Stephanie doubts the correctness of the doctor’s actions, but he proves his competence, and everyone admits behind him that they are no longer allowed to eat vegetables. When asked where the disease came from, Robbie tries to point to Sportacus, but does not give his name. The kids are trying to figure out who it is, but without success. In the end, however, it quite suggestively guides them to the right answer. Robbie tells them that the only way to eliminate the disease is to leave Sportacus from the city. The children are depressed, but they have no choice.

Milford and Dr Rottenstien announce new ordinances to prevent the spread of the pig-grown game. Robbie firmly forbids eating vegetables and also gives a fairly long list of "recommendations". The most important, however, is the order for Sportacus to leave Leniuch by Sportacus forever. Stephanie can't get over it, but Sportacus accepts it with understanding and moves away. The mayor reads another more or less precise recommendation, the last of which calls for doing nothing and eating anything.

Sportacus is already on the airship and, analysing the questionable quality of Robbie's recommendations, decides to send letters to children. At the same time in Leniuchów, everyone eats unhealthy food. Milford feeds his niece until she's sick, and she doesn't let the window open. For this reason, the letter from Sportacus does not reach the girl. The second letter is addressed to Pixel. This one is already flying into his room, but with Stingy, they're too lazy to pick him up. A third letter addressed to Ziggy. The boy is happy to eat a lot of sweets. At some point, however, he notices that the pimple on his finger is false, and thus there is no disease. Then a letter from Sportacus comes into his room. The hero asks for help in saving Leniuchov.

Robbie's in the safe house. He sits in his chair and turns on the TV. He is satisfied with his action, especially the lack of vegetables and noise. At some point, however, he recalls one thing: Sportacus can help a town from the sky by being on the airship. He decides to find a way to dispose of him. Sportacus decides to go down to the city at the time and see if his letters have arrived. Through inattention, he leaves a ladder and an extended platform. Robbie takes advantage of the situation and climbs quite steadily on successive steps. Sportacus meets Ziggy, who is the only one of the children to stay healthy. He informs him about the situation, but the conversation is quickly interrupted by a slowly moving away.

Sportacus sees the departing airship and chases the ladder. Robbie at this time enjoys being inside the vehicle. He is looking for vegetables and fruits, but he presses a button on the floor, activating the control. He presses the next buttons: the first summons the ball, which hits him on the head; the second pulls out the table; the third opens the clipboard; and the fourth pulls out a mysterious knob. Robbie spins it, and as a result, the airship starts to wobble. Sportacus at this time catches the ladder and holds its airship with all its might. He asks Ziggy for help, but he doesn't have the strength – he didn't eat an earlier carrot. He decides to go for the others, and Sportacus will try to keep it up during this time.

Robbie accidentally leaves himself on the platform, making his situation even worse. Ziggy visits more friends at this time, but everyone sleeps and doesn't have the strength. He decides to go get vegetables, but he does not have the strength to get to them. Then he remembers the carrot from Sportacus, but he can't get over it. In the end, however, you gain strength and eat carrots. He manages to push the box and get it to the vegetables. He takes the carrots and throws them. One flies into Stephanie's room, two more to Pixel and Stingy.

Children regain strength and energy. They rush to Sportacus immediately to help him. All four hold the ladder, and Sportacus comes in after it. On the platform, he sees Robbie very surprised. It helps him get back to earth. He binds him with a rope and leaves him to the ground. There, he lands right next to the children, who thus discover his true identity. The embarrassed man leaves. However, this does not mean the end of the problems. The airship is flying uncontrollably and heading straight to the mayor's house. Sportacus is trying his best to regain control of the vehicle and avoid a collision, which at the last minute he succeeds in. Sportacus safely stops the ship over Leniuchów and jumps to the children. Ziggy is very excited that the action went well, and more importantly, that he managed to eat vegetables and thus help. Stephanie sings and dances Bing Bang.

Some time later, he sits in a safe house in a safe house. But he quickly rises because he sat on something. This thing turns out to be carrots. Annoyed, she rejects it, but she starts bouncing around the hiding place until she finally goes straight to Robbie. For defence, he lifts the lid lying in front of him, into which a flying vegetable is poured.

• This episode is a reworking of some basic plotpoints from the second play "Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ".
• Trixie doesn’t appear in this episode but she’s mentioned by Ziggy. Bessie BusyBody also doesn't appear but she gets mentioned by Stephanie.
