Plot synopsis

Prologue

Sportacus checks his energy level and prepares a healthy sweet smoothie. strawberry, grape, blueberry and cucumber. Then he uses his sport bike to do stunts while mixing the ingredients in the glass and finally has the smoothie.

Main episode

At school, Milford explains to the boys about the human body. Ziggy shows off his white rag by making them believe that there is a ghost, but Trixie also participates in the prank and Stephanie tells them that it is not good for him to do this kind of thing. Robbie ate so much cake that he quickly got tired. Sportacus arrives at the park and throws his fruits and vegetables into the air and then separates them into bags with the help of his racket. Milford guides the boys on the walk and Trixie plays a prank on them by using a sheet to make them believe there is a ghost and scare them away. Sportacus helps Trixie while she was falling from a log, but Robbie gets upset that she can't get rid of him. Sportacus teaches the boys about energy, and then they go back to class. Robbie takes his periscope to school and finds out what is going on. Bessie teaches the boys and suggests that they do something special with her favorite healthy candy. Ziggy continues to insist that he does not want to continue in school given the presence of ghosts, and this serves as an idea for Robbie so that he is determined to disguise himself as a ghost. Bessie reads a story to the boys while they work in class. The figures featured were an apple castle created by Stephanie, Trixie's Halloween pumpkin, Stingy made a piglet; Pixel, a pedal-controlled strawberry volcano, and Ziggy surprise them with an artificial candy hat. Seeing the ghost caused a mess, and Milford asks Trixie to clean the room. Robbie finally enters the classroom already disguised as a ghost and scares Trixie after she has finished cleaning. The boys look for Trixie and when they find her, they realize that she is not the ghost and they hatch a plan to stop Robbie, who later scared Milford and Bessie. Sportacus saw them hanging from the school window sheet and immediately caught them using a wheelbarrow. The school is secured and the children are locked up, Sportacus communicates with Stephanie to open the door, then she throws the handle at him and hits it to fit the door. When the children go to catch the supposed ghost, when they stain the sheet they realize that it was Robbie in disguise.

Epilogue

Robbie complains that he cannot believe in ghosts, and when he steps on the cake that he had left he slips on the floor causing his sheet to cover him and freaks out thinking that there is a ghost.
