Plot synopsis

Super Move

Sportacus jumps in the airship. It's time for a "super movement." He gets a deck of cards that he shuffles and then draws one of them. The exercise is to run. Sportacus says you can run without leaving your home. It shows various possibilities of running in place: ordinary, slowed down, accelerated or with knee breakout and clapping. Suddenly there's a crystal beeping. Sportacus goes into action and runs out of the airship and jumps out.

So Milford tells Stingy, 'If he wanted to win,' and Stingy replies with a yes, and then Milford tells him that if he wants to win, he must give Trixie the baton. Then Stingy and Milford practise sharing the baton for the race, and Stingy struggles to give the baton to Milford, and eventually Stingy goes back into the relay race.
