Plot synopsis

Super Move

Sportacus jumps on the airship. From the on-board computer, he gets a deck of cards with a "super movement" that shuffles. He draws one and shows it. The selected activity is to stand on the hands. Sportacus shows the stages in which you need to train to be able to stand on your hands: first it shows you how to hold your hands, then you lean your legs against the wall, until it finally shows you standing on your hands without help. Then it additionally shows other activities using hands and flooring. He notes that the most important thing is to train.

Ziggy's Arrival

Ziggy excitedly announces the new activity of the day that he heard from his friends. His friends told him that in the activity they will be doing the splits.

Trixie and Stephanie

Stephanie works in the kitchen, shaping apples into a small castle. As soon as Trixie enters, she stops – shocked – and criticises Stephanie for treating food like toys. In response, Stephanie says it's part of Ziggy’s birthday prep, then displays two pieces: one shaped like a pirate vessel, another like a racing car – all from fruit. Seeing this, Trixie feels interested; therefore, Stephanie offers her a spot to assist with constructing walls. Together, they pretend to be mediaeval guards, holding carrot blades instead of steel ones. After a brief mock fight, both leave quickly to collect extra apples nearby.

Ziggy's Meeting

Ziggy figures out that he brought the wrong kind of splits. After being told it's gymnastic splits, after that he runs past the camera to follow the kids. Ziggy also brought the wrong kind of splits, being banana splits, with him.

Stingy and Milford

Stingy stops by at Milford’s house and almost slips down. He talks about how Stephanine was practising how she can do the splits. Stingy ask's Milford how much you have; people have to practice the splits Milford says that he has to practise every day. Stingy replies back that he has only practised the splits for a year. Milford tells Stingy that he can practice at his place Stingy wonders if the floor is now ready. Milford tests it and falls over and Stingy gives Milford the advice to never practise the splits on a wet floor Milford says, "That's very good advice, Stingy. I think I will take it." Stingy says that he can't take his advice because it's his.

Stingy and Milford

Stingy hides in Milford's kitchen because he was playing a relay race, and Trixie wanted to take his baton away, which caused him to hide the baton even though Trixie was on his team. So Milford tells Stingy, 'If he wanted to win,' and Stingy replies with a yes, and then Milford tells him that if he wants to win, he must give Trixie the baton. Then Stingy and Milford practise sharing the baton for the race, and Stingy struggles to give the baton to Milford, and eventually Stingy goes back into the relay race.

Ziggy's Questions

Ziggy interviews Sniah and Jessica about if they need a bendy body to do gymnastics and what their favourite gymnastic move is, and Ziggy also asks what Jessica's favourite Sports Candy is.

Robbie's World Record

Robbie attempts to do a handstand world record; he does this by sneezing on his hands and putting them on the ground. Surprisingly, he's particularly successful, but he falls down and destroys some of his base.

Ziggy's Goodbye
