Would it be worth giving some more information about Jives/Maggi? In the 1996 stage musical he's presented as having a terrible diet of cereal and cocoa balls (so he may have been dropped over his functional similarity to Ziggy), and in the 1999 play about Glanni Glaepur Jives is the person primarily responsible for growing fruit and vegetables (a role handed off to Stephanie and Trixie on TV).
Actually, most of that info does exist on the Jives page at http://www.getlazy.net/wiki/index.php?title=Jives - perhaps these should be rolled into one, as these are the same character.
