The exercise is to run. Sportacus says you can run without leaving your home. It shows various possibilities of running in place: ordinary, slowed down, accelerated or with knee breakout and clapping. Suddenly there's a crystal beeping. Sportacus goes into action and runs out of the airship and jumps out.
