It comprises of a white superhero's suit with a red and yellow triangular logo bearing the letter "C" on the chest, together with red shorts and a yellow belt, topped off with a cow's head and hoof-like gloves.

In the episode ''[[Record's Day]]'', however, Cowman's white top with triangular logo is absent, and a white and purple cow-print top is in its place.
